Homemade Pot Pie

I LOVE this recipe. My grandma used to make it a lot. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
2 pie shells (Pillsbury has 2 in a box that you just unroll and they're ready to use!)
beef - can buy beef from the store that is already cut into cubes
frozen cauliflower/broccoli florets - I add both
baby carrots
frozen peas
chopped onion - however much you want to add for flavor
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 potato - cut into bite size chunks
seasonings to taste - I use rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil and sometimes add garlic salt or minced garlic.

Mix the above ingredients together in a separate bowl. Put one pie shell in the bottom of a deep dish pie pan, fold the edges up over the tip of the pan. Put the mixed ingredients in the pie shell and spread evenly. Put the 2nd pie shell over the top of the pie and pinch the edges together. Cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil - this will prevent your crust edges from burning. Cook at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and cook for about 10 more minutes.
(If you have questions on how to cook the crust, check the Pillsbury crust box. That's the time and temp you will use).
