Oreo Cookies

I was making these this morning, and thought you might already have this recipe, but I love it!  It is super easy and super yummy!

Oreo Cookies

2 Boxes Devil's Food Cake Mix

4 Eggs

1 C. Shortning

Mix ingredients in a bowl with your hands.  It becomes to thick to do with a mixer.  Mix until it becomes a dark almost black color, and well moistened.  Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 8-9 min. 

They will start to crack on top, and that is when they are done.  Don't over cook, they will go really hard.  Ice with whatever icing.  My girls love colored icing.

I know that it isn't even close to Halloween, but we like to make spiders out of them.  Ice them with green, purple, or orange icing, and then buy the pull apart licorice, and put them on as legs!  They are fun and super easy!
